Good Armchair from the brand

Nice Armchair that serves its purpose well. The gray is lovely and it's quite modern. Slight issue with packaging was a bit damaged but overall satisfied with the purchase.

Regret buying this Recliner. multiple parts were broken and the overall build quality is poor. their store customer service wasn't helpful either. Looking for alternatives.
