Poor Ottoman from the store

Regret buying this Ottoman. multiple parts were broken and the overall build quality is poor. the store customer service wasn't helpful either. Looking for alternatives.

Good purchase from the seller. The Dresser is well-made and looks good. Delivery was on time and packaging was adequate. Minor complaint about packaging was a bit damaged.

It's an okay Entertainment Center. Not the best quality but not terrible either. Had some trouble with delivery took an extra day. Would consider other options next time.
