Poor Bench from this brand

Not happy with this purchase. The Bench has multiple problems including completely wrong item shipped. Quality is below expectations for the price. Very frustrated.

Decent Loveseat but has some issues. The quality is okay for the price but I expected better from the brand. instructions could be clearer was disappointing. It's functional but not amazing.
