Poor Bed Frame from their store

Not happy with this purchase. The Bed Frame has multiple problems including missing major components. Quality is below expectations for the price. Very frustrated.

Really good Kitchen Island overall. The quality is solid and it looks great in our guest room. Only minor issue was assembly instructions were confusing, but nothing major. Would recommend this company.
