Poor Armchair from this brand

Not happy with this purchase. The Armchair has multiple problems including broke within a week. Quality is below expectations for the price. Very frustrated.

Good purchase from this company. The Chest of Drawers is well-made and looks good. Delivery was on time and packaging was adequate. Minor complaint about delivery took an extra day.
