Regret buying this Desk. multiple parts were broken and the overall build quality is poor. the store customer service wasn't helpful either. Looking for alternatives.

Good purchase from their store. The Ottoman is well-made and looks good. Delivery was on time and packaging was adequate. Minor complaint about packaging was a bit damaged.
